Refund Policy:
For purchases of Hotspot Marketing Packages, all purchases are subject to the Hotspot Operator Agreement contract, and will be bound by their Terms & Conditions.
Customers are obliged to pay for the minimum contract length they have selected. In the event that a hotspot is not installed or cannot be installed for whatever reason the customer is entitled to a full refund of any fees paid to free-hotspot.com for this service within 30 days.
Refunds will also be given for any un-satisfactory products purchased, that are returned within 7 days.
Any refunds will strictly only be refunded by the same payment method used, and only to the same card where a credit card was used.
In cases of overpayments, errors or other queries please contact payments@free-hotspot.com and we will make best efforts to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
